I have sent a message inquiring about setting up an IRC chat room for a furry forum I run (http://krystallovers.com), and after discussing with the admins I put it on the back burner, and have now decided to see it through. I am a bit new to IRC, so I just need to know the basics for setting up a permanent room on the Anthrochat system.

I would prefer a room name of #krystallovers.
