      This is a matter to be considered by Kisuka and xcXEON, since
Kisuka is the founder of the channel and xcXEON is listed as a channel
op.  The network administrators for AnthroChat do not get involved in
channel politics.  Channel founders are free to ban whomever they please 
from their channels for any reason they choose, just as those who are
banned are free to create their own channels and invite the friends that 
they would like to talk to.
