[AC-Admins] Need help

Hello, I'm a user on anthro chat and need some help on something. There's a user on #vore who keep harassing me though that chat by kicking me and putting +m when I put the user on /ignore. I try to talk to the chat mod, but he keeps trying to push me to talk to the user after clearly telling him that I do not wish to talk to that user anymore. Any help or somewhere to report this to the owner of the server would be nice. Thank you for reading this.
