       AnthroChat has a strict, freedom of speech based policy for its
server admins, stating that we are not to get involved in mediating
disputes between its users.  If you don't like how someone is managing
their channel, you are free to create your own channel and invite the
people with whom you would like to converse.  If you don't like how
someone is talking to you, the best thing to do is to not respond so
they don't have a reason to talk at you.  Eventually, they'll get bored
with you not responding and stop trying.
