      As far as the rest of the application goes, I like the traceroutes
- particularly the ones to the UK with continuing latency below 100ms.
The rest are pretty stellar as well, with the exception of the one to
panda, but is pretty consistent with the link between the US and
Australia.  Those traces come from a hosting facility in Montreal,
Quebec, Canada, which puts it in ideal placement for the transatlantic link.

      I haven't spoken with this person in the past, so I don't have much
of a feel for personality, but from talking over the past few days, his
opinions align well with those of our mission statement and he doesn't
show any of the signs that would cause me to raise a red flag.
