This pretty much exactly matches what I felt when looking at xzibition's
page, although I didn't know how to put it into words.
They seem to have restrictions on user counts per package; what would
they do when the limit is hit? Reject new connections? Bill him for
the next higher package? Forward the connection to another network?
Kill the ircd?
They also have restrictions on being a hub versus a leaf; the way we
have our links set up, any machine might be a leaf or a hub depending on
which links happened to come up first after the last outage. We can't
even have a leaf with redundant autoconnect links configured without the
possibility that both might happen to end up connected at the same time.
