    Whenever I attempt to connect to the server irc.anthrochat.net on ports 6601 or 6697 with SSL enabled, it fails to find the issuer of the certificate. If I allow my client to 
accept invalid SSL certificates, it connects fine. I would like to know why the SSL certificate is considered "invalid"
